Privacy notice
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This notice explains how QuickMastro Srl (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, order a licence or contact us. It applies to visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and everywhere else.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is QuickMastro Srl, Rome, Italy. For anything about your data write to dominius@quickmastro.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; this address reaches the person who handles privacy requests.
2. What we collect
Order data: name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), billing address, country, the licence and discount code you chose, order reference and date. Support data: the messages you send us and our replies. Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in server logs. Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider; we receive only the confirmation of the payment and never your card number.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
To process your order, deliver the licence key and provide support (performance of a contract). To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation). To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests). We do not send marketing emails and do not use your data for advertising. If this ever changes we will ask for your consent first.
4. Who receives your data
Only service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only for these purposes: our web hosting provider, our email provider, our payment provider and our accountants. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside your country
We are based in Italy (European Union). Some providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. When data leaves the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: 10 years, as required by Italian accounting and tax law. Support messages: up to 3 years after our last contact. Server logs: up to 12 months. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights if you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to dominius@quickmastro.com; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Your rights if you live in the United States
In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (the licence you ordered) and internet activity (server logs), for the business purposes described above. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the data of anyone under 16. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with privacy laws may ask to know, access, correct or delete their personal information and may appeal a refusal; the right to opt out of sale or sharing does not apply because we do not sell or share data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request write to dominius@quickmastro.com; an authorised agent may do so for you with proof of authority. We verify requests by matching them to the email used for the order and respond within 45 days. We honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
9. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The full list is in the cookie notice. Cookie notice.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), restrict access to order data to authorised staff and keep it outside publicly accessible folders. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data we act promptly and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
11. Children
Our software and website are for professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
